Keep it until the end of the game and get the escape or mother ending. Next brand new fear game you play, you can choose to let Eileen wear it.

Cynthia Costume
For: CynthiaHow to get: Beat the game on the same save with all four endings and get Eileen's costume. When you start a new brand new fear game, choose to let Eileen wear her costume, and Cynthia will also be wearing a special costume.
Description: Extra costume for Cynthia to wear. It is just a sexy little purple outfit. It also gives Cynthia a really cool Robbie the Rabbit tatoo on her butt.
Submachine Gun
For: EileenHow to get: Get a nine star ranking. When you start a brand new fear game, and you have to choose a difficulty, move in the direction of the arrow. This list will be pink. Choose your difficulty and the gun will be on the kitchen counter of room 102 of the apartment world.
Description: Extra weapon for Eileen. It is very strong and has unlimited ammo. The recoil does damage on Eileen though.
Chainsaw
For: HenryHow to get: Beat the game once. When you start a brand new fear game, the chainsaw will be stuck in a tree stump near Jasper's car in the forest world.
Description: Extra weapon for Henry. Does little damage but Henry will do something special if you let him stand still with it for long enough.
